J Street U is the campus arm of J Street, a national, progressive, pro-Israel, pro-peace organization. Launched to help educate and mobilize students on campuses that are roiled by conflict concerning Israel, J Street U provides needed space in which progressive students can articulate and act on their pro-Israel, pro-peace values. J Street U members support Israel’s right to exist, seek a two-state solution, and oppose its settlement policies, but also oppose the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction Movement (BDS). In 2018, it expands its focus to include trainings on anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, and other forms of bigotry.
