The California Executives’ Alliance (CEA) has been established to coordinate philanthropic efforts to improve outcomes for boys and young men of color in California. Aligned with both national and regional efforts, CEA is using a comprehensive “life stages” framework to understand existing grantmaking, amplify it, and identify significant gaps. CEA also aims to leverage its collective power to advocate for policy and systems reforms. This grant supports the development of the Alliance’s operational structure and tools to support shared learning, strategic decision-making, and communications.
