| Description | The Center for Wellness and Achievement in Education and the San Francisco Unified School District have been jointly piloting the Quiet Time program, aimed at improving faculty and student wellness through meditation. Over its six-year existence, this initiative has shown consistent, positive outcomes for participants of all ages. In 2014, the SFUSD has asked the Center to help it integrate its school wellness and social-emotional development expertise into a broader school assessment framework. This grant will help the Center to do so by sustaining the Quiet Time program at Burton High School. |
