Northern California Community Loan Fund assists San Francisco and East Bay nonprofits to remain in operation by identifying affordable rental and purchase space, helping with real estate negotiations and applications, providing affordable loans, and determining project feasibility. Its anti-displacement work includes one-on-one consulting and modest grants so organizations can hire experts to review and advise on lease negotiations, code compliance, and other technical subjects. The work supported by W&EHF will help Oakland and Berkeley nonprofits secure long-term places of operation.
