The five middle schools and two high schools of the KIPP public charter school network serve a diverse, high-needs population. Outperforming their counterparts, these schools help students to excel academically. KIPP also offers professional development to principals and assistant principals while simultaneously recruiting and training future school leaders. This grant from the Fund helps KIPP to continue to build leadership capacity within its network and to implement common core standards.
