Young Community Developers is the largest workforce-training program for adults and youth in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood. Its services include employment-readiness skills training, paid internships in the nonprofit sector, solar panel installation training, academic support for struggling high school students, and job search and job placement assistance. This grant from the Fund provides the organization with general operating support.
