Extending its co-operative business development expertise to entrepreneurs in other sectors, WAGES recently partnered with La Cocina. Together, the organizations are creating a food business focused on corn-based, Mexican/Central American food products such as tamales and tortillas. Through this partnership, WAGES will provide business incubation services and La Cocina will assist with product development, market access, and use of its commercial kitchen.
