Wardrobe for Opportunity assists low-income job-seekers by providing the professional clothing and support they need to find, keep, and advance in employment. It offers a six-week intensive workshop on communication, workplace culture, and teamwork that helps the newly employed retain jobs; a three-month career advancement program that help clients identify and achieve their career advancement goals; and workshops and leadership opportunities that helps alumni to maintain and grow their newly developed professional networks.
