Upwardly Global (UpGlo) is a national nonprofit that gives skilled immigrants and refugees the tools they need to rebuild their professional careers in the United States. It teaches clients how to secure employment in the U.S. labor market and provides programs to help jobseekers complete short-term certifications and gain relevant skills. By building strong partnerships with employers, UpGlo expands the market for skilled immigrant talent and addresses employer misconceptions about immigrants and refugees.
