| Description | Serving as a cultural center for the region’s exiled Tibetan community, the Tibetan Association of Northern California produces festivals, hosts special guests, and manages a school teaching language and performing arts to Tibetan youth. In April 2018, the Association moved into its own building, boosted the number of classes it offers, and increased the varieties of regional dance and music it teaches. |
