Description | The Stride Center prepares low-income adults who face barriers to employment for information and communications technology careers. Its comprehensive training program includes technical, professional, life, and career navigation skills. It also provides students with additional support services to set them up for success. Stride offers three levels of certified technology training and its boot camp-style courses include five high-demand technical certification training options. In 2015, the average starting wage for Stride graduates was $19.51 per hour. Stride graduates tend to receive a 30% wage increase on average in their first 18 months of employment. |
