| Description | The Marsh manages a year-round youth theater program that teaches 650 students aged 4 to 21 in venues in San Francisco and Berkeley. Each year, Marsh Youth Theater commissions a professional artist to create a work of theater for young performers. Program participants act in these productions, gaining cooperative work experience and interacting with playwrights, choreographers, and composers. Marsh Youth Theater also works with the San Francisco Unified School District, providing curricula and professional development workshops for teachers. |
