Tax Alliance for Economic Mobility focuses on making the U.S. tax code more equitable. It is co-hosted by Prosperity Now and PolicyLink and is composed of asset-building advocates, tax reform experts, researchers, representatives of organizations of color, and grassroots constituents. Together, the coalition advances tax policies that strengthen economic mobility and build long-term financial security for families, communities, and the U.S. economy. In 2018, the Tax Alliance will defend existing tax policies that benefit low- and moderate-income taxpayers, advance new progressive tax policies, and continue to develop its grassroots constituency.
