| Description | Streetside Stories teaches theatrical and digital storytelling classes to students in public schools, community centers, and low-income housing sites in San Francisco and Oakland—reaching 2,000 youth annually. During 2013, Streetside developed a new program model for strengthening its partnerships with workshop sites and increasing its earned revenue. In 2014, it hired a new leader. This grant from the Fund helps Streetside Stories to remain stable during its period of transition so that the organization can continue to provide arts education to low-income students. |
