| Description | Shalom Bayit (Peace in the Home) is the only Northern California agency that provides domestic violence services solely to the Jewish community. It operates a 24-hour emergency phone line, provides direct financial support to victims, helps secure safe accommodation, and offers in-person counseling. Its programs provided assistance and safety to more than 500 Jewish women in 2014. |
