| Description | San Francisco Zine Festival (SFZF) is an annual arts festival that serves as a platform to celebrate zine making as an art form. Recognized in 2017 by the San Francisco Guardian’s Best of the Bay Awards, SFZF’s mission is to expand zine-making and provide equitable opportunities for disenfranchised artists and zine creators in the Bay Area. This grant provides support to SFZF’s general operating costs in their efforts to expand zine readership and increase the number of underrepresented Bay Area DIY artists via the free one-day festival that promotes making and selling zines. |
