San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) is a civic planning and urban policy organization that promotes good planning and good government through research, education, and advocacy. This grant from the W&EHF helps the organization plan for a large project requiring significant resources: a playbook for healthy and equitable development in Oakland. This project aligns government, advocate, business, and community stakeholders to put aside piecemeal reactions to events or developments in favor of a common economic growth agenda with a unified vision.
