| Description | Polytempo Music is a collaboration between Brian Baumbusch and the San Francisco Contemporary Music Players that will explore the development of complex musical time under circumstances of isolation and disjunct collaboration. Baumbusch plans to compose a piece that performers can collaborate on remotely, while also being a piece that can be performed live when appropriate. The final recording will be released on Albany Records and the partners will release a VR performance of the work in 2023. |
