Rubicon Programs provides employment and supportive services to individuals who face significant barriers to employment. Beginning in 2016, Rubicon is re-focusing its services through its new Pathways program, which addresses clients’ long-term employment, income, and job-retention goals. After a two-week core workshop, Pathways participants access services that connect them to employment. They then select a long-term development pathway — either in vocational training, education, or entrepreneurship.
