| Description | Trained Reading Partners volunteers provide one-on-one literacy tutoring to Bay Area elementary school students who read below grade level. Targeting schools that serve high-need student populations, Reading Partners collaborates with school staff to identify and assist students who need tutoring, then volunteers report back to teachers concerning students’ progress toward standards. |
