| Description | Queer Cultural Center produces an arts festival in conjunction with San Francisco’s annual Pride Parade, helping to foster an inclusive LGBTQ community. One QCC project that explicitly focuses on including the younger, more diverse generation is Creating Queer Community. Through this project the Center commissions approximately 20 works by emerging LGBTQ artists, provides workshops and coaching to participants, and presents the artists’ finished pieces to the annual festival. |
