Partners in School Innovation helps schools and districts to address the persistent underachievement of low-income community schools. This grant helps continue Partners’ work with the two underperforming San Francisco Unified School District middle schools and supports district-level discussions with the two network superintendents who oversee those schools. The organization will also identify the support and development needs of teachers, coach and train school principals to be collaborative leaders, and adapt curricula to be culturally engaging and linguistically accessible to students.
