| Description | Mujeres Unidas y Activas (MUA) is a grassroots organization of Latina immigrant women working to promote personal transformation and build community power for social and economic justice. MUA has helped hundreds of women free themselves from domestic violence, become strong leaders, and take an active role in the movement for immigrant’s rights. This grant from W&EHF helps the organization with transitional support for its new executive director. |
