Mission Graduates increases the college success rates at Mission District schools by providing programs and services for low-income and immigrant students. Its Parent Partner program collaborates with high-need schools and helps low-income, predominately Spanish-speaking parents to take more active roles in their children’s educations. Mission Graduates trains parents to facilitate peer groups that meet regularly throughout the school year, helping them to become community leaders in the process.
