The Mills College Teacher Scholars Program partners with principals and urban schools, helping to develop on-going teacher learning groups at each partner school. Research shows that sustained, collaborative inquiry builds teachers’ instructional capacity, increases leadership skills, and fosters a more connected school community — all factors that support teacher retention. This fund provides general operating support for the Teachers Scholars Program.
