| Description | Loco Bloco engages youth in the creation and performance of music, dance, and theater rooted in Afro-Latino traditions. Its free program applies a creative youth development framework to help its majority Latino and African-American participants in making a healthy transition into adulthood. This grant provides general operating support to Loco Bloco so it can continue providing community programs that empower San Francisco youth though Afro-Latino cultural arts. |
