The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights provides free legal services to the Bay Area’s small businesses. It provides quality, culturally appropriate, multi-lingual legal services through clinics, workshops, and pro bono representation, helping to create jobs, increase revenues, and protect small businesses from displacement. These businesses represent a powerful way for low-income communities to transfer wealth across generations while preserving the local culture of diverse neighborhoods.
