La Cocina is the only nonprofit incubator for food businesses in Bay Area. It makes available a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and provides extensive business services covering everything from marketing to operations, all so that the entrepreneurs it supports — primarily low-income, immigrant women — can successfully launch their businesses. This grant provides La Cocina with general operating support.
