JUMA Ventures breaks the cycle of poverty by helping young people complete four-year college degrees. Through its programs, low-income youth work paid jobs in JUMA’s concessions businesses at sports venues including AT&T Park and O.co Coliseum. Participants receive financial education, matched savings accounts, academic support services, and college and workplace tours. JUMA additionally provides an on-line infrastructure that supports college savings among middle and high school students.
