| Description | The Jewish Community High School of the Bay (JCHS) is focused on “supporting positive identity development for every student and fostering respect for the experiences of others.” As such, it is poised to create a leadership program for teen Jews of color both within its student body and in the Bay Area, and to connect with partners to maximize outreach and impact. As part of this, JCHS is planning a leadership retreat to build community among Jewish teens of color in the Bay Area, cultivating leadership through mentorship and training. |
