Description

The Jewish Community Center of San Francisco welcomes patrons based on their values, not their heritage. In 2012, more than 25,000 people attended the JCC’s arts and cultural programs, 5,000 participated in Jewish programs, and 400 students attended its three preschools. Additionally, the JCC created a series of public programs exploring Judaism as a dynamic system of choices and questions. It launched the city’s first non-school-based club for Jewish LGBT teens and it also opened the Maurice Kanbar Center for Media and Technology, which helps share JCC content on- and off-line.
