Description | The International Rescue Committee (IRC) serves immigrants, refugees, and low-income people with a range of programs, including workforce development services that help them enter the workforce and build their careers. The State of California workforce system will soon undergo a regional planning process, and the IRC will take the opportunity to ensure that a diverse set of stakeholders provides feedback on how the system could better serve their communities. The IRC will produce a community engagement guide and distribute it across California to build relationships between local Workforce Investment Boards and community-based organizations. |
