This grant supports one year of institutional membership in Grantmakers in the Arts, a network of private, public, and corporate arts funders. GIA works to advance the use of private and governmental philanthropic resources to support arts and culture in the United States. In addition to sponsoring research, supporting advocacy, and publishing in print and online, GIA produces an annual conference that draws private and public sector arts funders from across the country.
