| Description | Over the last 12 years, Epiphany Productions Sonic Dance Theater has refined its Trolley Dances — a free outdoor dance festival in which choreographers create and perform short works along MUNI routes. Audiences include fans who disembark to view performances as well as passersby. Epiphany also produces Kids on Track, dance demonstrations and discussions in public schools that are followed by field trips to see the free performances. In 2016, Trolley Dances will follow a Market Street route that passes through a rapidly changing part of the city, including pockets of both affluence and poverty. |
