Earned Assets Resource Network (EARN) focuses on the intersection of financial technology and financial inclusion, developing online programs that empower low-income people to take charge of their financial lives. Its online savings community program provides financial coaching, incentives for saving, and mobile access to vetted financial resources. This grant provides EARN with general operating support so it can launch and evaluate its innovative savings programs; encourage constituency involvement in public policy advocacy; and continue to produce research. In combination, these efforts will help increase the savings of low-income families.
