Diamano Coura West African Dance Company, a leader in its field, is working to strengthen its organizational structure, preserve its archives, and develop a succession plan to share leadership opportunity with younger artists. This capacity building grant from the Fund supports Diamano Coura in its efforts to strengthen its board, improve development capabilities, create opportunities for future leaders, and increase distribution of the company’s work.
