| Description | Diamano Coura West African Dance Company, formed by Dr. Zakaraya Diouf and Naomi Diouf, has taught dance across the Bay Area for years. Now outgrowing their approach, capacity-building support from the Fund helps the founders upgrade and professionalize operations: clarify goals and procedures; implement a system of leadership evaluation; upgrade financial systems; and manage board trainings. While this plan is ambitious, its steps are appropriate for this organization. |
