Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) cultivates and invests in these youths’ college aspirations by helping low-income families build college savings. Its 1:1 Fund is a crowd-funding platform that raises money to match families’ contributions to college savings accounts. The 1:1 Fund partners with college savings programs around the country, offering an innovative fundraising platform and tools for organizing social media driven funding campaigns. In 2015, the 1:1 Fund aims to double its online donations. |
