| Description | Community Music Center serves thousands of students of all ages and its classes, ensembles, choruses, private instruction, and community events reflect an array of musical styles from a wide range of cultural origins. While it charges for services, the Center stands out for its generous scholarship and sliding-scale admissions programs, through which more than half of its students receive support. Community Music Center provides broad public access to quality music study. It also benefits low-income youth through partnerships with the San Francisco Unified School District. |
