Community Living Campaign works with seniors and adults with disabilities, helping to increase their access to the connections, resources, and support they need to thrive in their own homes and communities. This grant supports the expansion of SF ReServe, a national program that Community Living Campaign recently replicated in San Francisco; the program matches seniors and people with disabilities to employment opportunities at nonprofits, schools, libraries, and other community organizations.
