| Description | This grant to the Community Foundation Sonoma County supports recovery and rebuilding following the 2017 North Bay fires, with a focus on the needs of the Sonoma’s most vulnerable populations. Funds will help meet the housing needs of the undocumented, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, and seniors. Mental health services for fire survivors and nonprofit staff and volunteers who experienced trauma is an important area of focus. Other areas of support include helping survivors to compensate for job loss and lack of childcare and aiding nonprofits experiencing financial strain. |
