Alameda County faces the greatest risk of earthquake damage in Northern California. To help nonprofit organizations and faith leaders in this part of the Bay Area, Collaborating Agencies Responding to Disasters promotes a positive message of resilience. CARD offers an array of courses and trainings including personal preparedness, agency preparedness, and social media for emergency readiness.
