Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is the country’s leading employment program exclusively for men and women who have recently been released from prison. CEO operates in 10 cities, with its second largest program in Oakland. The program includes life-skills training, transitional job placement, placement into permanent employment, and ongoing job-retention support. This grant help CEO to pilot a new training component that prepares clients for higher-paying jobs, setting clients and their families on a path to more productive lives.
