California Executives’ Alliance (CEA) is a collaboration of foundation executive directors, created specifically to increase the philanthropic sector’s capacity to expand opportunities for boys and young men of color in California. CEA is advancing a comprehensive framework to understand existing grantmaking, amplify it, and identify significant gaps. This grant supports the CEA’s operational structure and its development of tools to support shared learning, strategic decision-making, and communications.
