| Description | Blue Bear School of Music teaches classes in folk, rock, and contemporary music to students of all ages. Its adaptable outreach program is tailored to suit each of its three sites: a digital recording studio at the Bayview Hunters Point YMCA, a vocal ensemble at Tenderloin Community School, and rock band sessions for high school students at Academy of Arts and Sciences. This grant from the Fund helps to sustain these outreach programs through spring 2015. |
