| Description | The Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center (BHNC) provides effective programs for at-risk youth, seniors, and residents in Bernal Heights, the Excelsior District, and other nearby neighborhoods. It also develops and manages neighborhood-based affordable housing. This grant helps the BHNC to assess staffing and programmatic needs, solicit community and constituency feedback, improve data systems, and address financial shortfalls during a period of leadership transition. |
