| Description | Documentary filmmaker Chris Temple is partnering with Julio, an undocumented minor from a rural village in Guatemala; Brenda Avila Hanna; and the Bayview Hunters Point Center for Arts & Technology (BAYCAT) to create a documentary short about Julios life story. Through previous documentary works on immigration, Temple met Julio and his brother Luis, observing Julios growing interest in filmmaking. Through this collaboration, Temple and other filmmaking professionals will work alongside Julio while he tells his story on film and simultaneously learns the technical side of filmmaking through an internship at BAYCAT. |
