Auburn Theological Seminary elevates the voice of faith leaders by training them to use modern tools to bridge divides and serve as catalysts for change. It has been expanding its Bay Area programming, convening grassroots leaders to create intra-organizational connections and address racial and class challenges. To reduce burnout among these leaders, the Seminary is creating a Bay Area fellowship for justice leaders. The fellowship will include a year’s worth of mentorship, multiday retreats, and working sessions to increase productivity and attract new contributors and leaders.
