| Description | Bisemi Foundation advances the field of African and African-diaspora-derived cultural organizations in the Bay Area. It assists leaders, artists, and organizations with weekend-long workshops, coaching, and small grants that help participants implement newly acquired skills and knowledge. This grant helps the Bisemi Foundation to address an historical lack of investment in culturally-specific artists and arts administrators and to deepen training and networking opportunities for participating artists. |
