| Description | The Texas Organizing Project (TOP) is a coalition of organizations deeply rooted in vulnerable and low income communities in Texas. It responded quickly to the destruction of Hurricane Harvey with relief and recovery efforts. TOP delivers direct resources to recovery efforts that impact low-income and undocumented people; provides immediate supplies to people in need, particularly those who are undocumented; offers legal services to enable access relief funds; and organizes communities to ensure that they have input as to how Federal relief dollars get allocated. |
